Double Integrals over General Regions

Nature rarely hands you a rectangle. You want the volume over a triangle, a disk, the sliver between a parabola and a line. The trick is the same — slice, sum, shrink — but now the slices have different lengths depending on where you are. The boundary of the region becomes part of the limits.
