Electric Charge and Field

Pull a wool sweater over your head in the dark and you hear it — tiny crackles, maybe a faint blue spark. You just moved electric charge with your bare hands. Rub two balloons on your hair and they push each other away with an invisible force. Nothing is touching, yet something is clearly there.
