AND vs OR Events

Picture rolling a die. 'Roll a 6 AND flip heads' feels rare — you need two things to line up. 'Roll a 6 OR flip heads' feels much more likely — either one will do. Same coin, same die, but the words 'and' and 'or' send the probability in opposite directions.
