Area of a Triangle

A triangular plot of land borders two roads that meet at a known angle. You can pace off each road's length and measure the corner angle — but you can't climb in to measure the height. Can you still find the area? The base-times-height-over-two formula needs a height you don't have. Trigonometry supplies it for free.
