Reference Angles

So far our point has stayed in the first quadrant — the top-right corner of the circle, 0° to 90°. But the circle has three more quarters. Drag past 90° and the point slides into the top-left, then the bottom-left, then the bottom-right. Does sin suddenly become something new? No. The same five values keep appearing — only their signs flip.
